Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom Consulting & Development Services

For custom professional services, platform implementations, and web development provided by Creative Concepts, work is billed based on defined scope, stages, or retainers. Milestone payments for completed deliverables are non-refundable once work has commenced or been delivered according to specifications.

2. Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation by providing written notice. Upon cancellation, payment for work completed up to the cancellation date will be due, and any unspent advance balances (excluding non-recoverable setup fees and third-party API costs) will be settled in accordance with the project contract.

3. Third-Party Platform Costs

Fees paid directly to third-party providers (such as Meta ad spend, WhatsApp conversation billing, SMS DLT portal fees, or server hosting) are governed by the respective third party's refund and billing policies and are non-refundable through Creative Concepts.
