1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing DigiKawal (https://digikawal.com) or engaging the services of Creative Concepts, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Commercial Services & Scope

Creative Concepts provides technology implementation, marketing automation, business messaging setups, web development, and digital consulting. Specific deliverables, milestones, and commercial agreements are outlined in separate project proposals or service level agreements (SLAs).

3. Platform Compliance & Policies

Clients utilizing WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta Ads, SMS, or RCS messaging must adhere to the acceptable use policies, verification requirements, and content restrictions established by Meta, telecom regulatory authorities (TRAI), and platform providers. Creative Concepts does not support spam, unsolicited messaging, or policy violations.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
